Marie and Nick Slater form the backbone of the brand and the services provided to riders of all levels.

Marie's equestrian journey began as early as she can remember with a string of ponies rapidly becoming the young multi-disciplined horsewoman that would shape her own future. Marie has stayed true to her competitive roots with broad experience and success across the major ridden disciplines: British Eventing (Intermediate), British Show Jumping, and British Dressage (Advanced Medium). Marie now devotes her time to her passion for developing riders through coaching, her quest for self improvement and her love of dressage. Marie is a qualified coaching practitioner focussing on sport phychology and rider improvement .

Having grown up with a father in the Household Cavalry, Nick too was born into a life that featured equines. Nick has honed his coaching and mentoring skills across equestrian, military and civilian industry environments. With formal equestrian training and qualification and experience of change management Nick provides support to Marie and our clients.
